It's Accept function gives you ability to be in course of programms appeard in processes or autostart list, so you can scan them for spyware and viruses! (4/5 - 6-Sep-2008)

There's no ability to add submenus, the buttons it creates are just numbers with Text beside it, no customization options for the buttons such as an icon or not having it just a number in a box.
No custom menuing possible AT ALL with free version.
